Dr. Hillman earned his veterinary degree from Cornell University in 2002.  After completing a one-year rotating medicine and surgery internship at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital in Red Bank, New Jersey he spent a year serving as an emergency clinician at Red Bank’s Linwood facility.  He then completed a one-year fellowship in Companion Animal Surgery at Louisiana State University.  Dr. Hillman then went to Purdue University to complete a three-year small animal surgical residency and a master’s degree in veterinary clinical science. He became board-certified by the American College of Veterinary Surgeons in 2009. His special interests include orthopedics, surgical oncology, and minimally invasive surgery.  Dr. Hillman joined InTown Veterinary Group in August 2008.
