Dr. Buss is board certified by the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine in oncology. He received his DVM from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine. He completed an internship at the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. He spent three years in general practice in Chicago before beginning his residency training. Dr. Buss completed two residencies, one in internal medicine at Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine and one in oncology at the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Buss was in a referral practice for three years in Kansas City and a referral practice in St. Louis for six years prior to joining Massachussetts Veterinary Referral Hospital in 2006.
