Current Diagnostic Techniques and Therapeutic Approaches to Canine and Feline Diarrhea.
Presented by Marion Haber, DVM, DACVIM
This lecture will include a review of the pathophysiology of diarrhea in dogs and cats. The diagnostic approach and therapeutic plan of several different causes of diarrhea will be discussed. Emerging diseases and newer therapies will also be explored.

Tackling Inter-Dog & Inter-Cat Household Aggression
Presented by Kati Wrubel, PhD
Typical presentation, etiologies and treatment recommendations will be discussed for both issues. The first half of the talk will cover dog on dog aggression in the same household and the second half will cover cat on cat aggression in the same household.
Topics covered will include canine and feline social behavior, the results of a recent study conducted by Dr. Wrubel investigating the issue of interdog household aggression, measures clients can be instructed to take to prevent these issues and effective behavior modification strategies to resolve them.

An overview of feline dermatology: There's more than one way to (approach the) skin (of) a cat

Feline dermatology can be even more confusing than canine dermatology, as cats manifest various dermatologic disorders in specific reaction patterns, and many different skin diseases can present with the same clinical signs.
This lecture will provide a general approach to feline dermatology, including the diagnosis and management of commonly encountered skin conditions such as allergies, dermatophytosis, and ectoparasites.
